Part of Cemline's Unfired Steam Generator (USG) series, designed to produce clean steam using steam or high-temperature hot water as the energy source. This generator is in working order and has always been stored indoors. It was only used for 1 year and was well maintained. The generator and all components subject to the steam side are carbon steel furnished.

ASME code Section 1 pressure relief valve to relieve the total BTU
Vessel steam pressure gauge
Thermometer to monitor the incoming HTHW temperature
Level controller with gauge glass – carbon steel
Manual blow off valve
Low water and high pressure cut off
Steam-trol™ Solid State Control module that includes the following functions:
PID control signal, On-off switch, pressure readout, high pressure set point, low water cut off, alarm horn
with alarm silence button, low pressure alarm, high water alarm, feed water indicator.
Steam-trol™ will have an LCD touch screen display with remote pressure readout, remote pressure setting, remote on/off control, Modbus interface, and contacts for Building Automation System.
