    General Return Policy

    All items available for sale are used and are sold “AS-IS.” Please examine any available pictures and product descriptions, and choose items carefully.

    Upon receiving and personally inspecting an item for the first time, if you are unsatisfied with the condition of the item, or the item has been damaged during shipping, you may request to return the item within 15 days of the date of shipment.

    Only items with a proper Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) may be returned. Kingdom Support Services, Inc. (“KSS” or “we”) reserves the right to refuse any item returned without a proper RMA. We do not guarantee replacement.

    • Items are not eligible for return after 15 days from the date of shipment.
    • Any item purchased on location after a physical inspection is not eligible for return.

    While we understand that returns are sometimes necessary, we hope to encourage our buyers to plan their purchases carefully, which will help them avoid having to go through the hassle of a return. Approved returns will be processed within 7 days via original payment method.

    Return Process

    To initiate the return process, send an e-mail clearly stating what item you would like to return, the reason why you would like to return it, and a copy of the receipt.If the item qualifies for a return, we will issue you an RMA number. After receiving the RMA number or instruction to dispose, you will have 30 days to return the product to KSS. After 30 days, the RMA will expire, and KSS will not accept the return.

    We do not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center.

    Items Damaged During Shipment

    From the date of a shipment, you have 15 days in which to inspect and inform us via letter or email of any damages that occurred during shipment prior to delivery. If you determine that your ordered item was damaged during shipment, please follow the procedures for initiating the return process. We do not guarantee replacement, but if we have an available replacement, we may give you the option to order it. If you fail to notify us within 15 days of a shipment, KSS is not responsible for the item, and the item will not qualify for a return.

    Buyer’s Responsibilities for Return Shipment

    When returning an approved item to KSS, you are responsible for packing the item in the original box with sufficient packaging material to protect both the item and original packaging. Please mark the shipping label with the issued RMA number. It is in your interest to insure the return shipment.

    Any item damaged during return shipment is the buyer’s responsibility. We will not issue a replacement for such an item.When we receive such an item, we will inform you via e-mail that the item was received damaged, and we will hold it up to 45 days. You are responsible for filing a claim with the shipping carrier and instructing us concerning the disposition of the damaged item. If we do not receive notification or response from you within 45 days, the item will be discarded without further processing.


    Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days via original payment method. If a returned item qualifies for a refund, you will be refunded once we have received the returned item and inspected the item for damage. We will refund shipping costs up to a maximum amount of $50 only if the return is a result of our error.
