    • How do I pay by check?

    Orders can be paid by check.   Please call our customer support line to see if your order qualifies for check payment (845-524-3586).    If your order is approved for check payment, customer service will provide you a  ProForma invoice which will include shipping and taxes.  Your items will be placed on hold while we wait for payment.   Please make checks payable to Kingdom Support Services, Inc., note your ProForma Invoice number on the check and mail your check to the following address:

    Orders paid by check may be delayed until funds are cleared by the bank.  For quicker service, please order online with a credit card.

    • How do I return something for a refund?

    Please contact our customer support line 845-524-3586 to speak with someone who can help you with your order.  Order must have a Return Material Authorization number (RMA#).  Please see our return policy

    • How do I place an order if I am a tax exempt organization?

    We can only accept tax exemption forms with organizations that are registered in NY State.  Please contact our customer support line 845-524-3586 to speak with someone to place a NY State tax exemption order.  Please note that we will charge Sales Tax for any deliveries to the follow states: New York, California, Texas and Florida.    All other states will not be charged sales tax.

    • What do the descriptions "New/Like New”, “Good”, and “Acceptable” mean?

    These refer to the condition of the item you are purchasing.  Please see our website terms and conditions page for more information on these condition types.

    • Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped to me?

    Not at this time. Due to COVID-19 restrictions we are only able to ship items via standard shipping services and freight shipping  Please contact our customer support line 845-524-3586 for further assistance. 

    • How do I purchase larger pieces of equipment or vehicles?

    Please contact our Equipment Sales department at 845-524-3586 for more information or to make a virtual appointment to see any equipment or vehicles. These can be viewed over video conference to allow inspection prior to purchase.
